Since we got married in 2015, we have been keen to work together on a common project. After having made our debut by managing the domain Le Soula in Fenouillèdes (Roussillon) for Gérald and Château Puy Castéra in Haut-Médoc (Bordeaux) for Alix, we are now looking for a domain.

Our choice was naturally Bordeaux. Our criteria are simple : we want a human-sized estate on an excellent terroir at an affordable price.

In January 2020, we found the estate that would perfectly combine our wine project and our family project: we bought Château Terrasson from Jacques and Jacqueline Mialon.

Already in the 1950s and 1960s, Jean Boutin, Jacqueline’s father, began to sell his wine directly around the world under the influence of Jean-Pierre Moueix. The approach was singular for the time and the wine was appreciated.

From1984 to 2019 vintage, the property is leased to Christophe and Marie-Jo Lavau.

The 2020 vintage inaugurates our installation and the launch of the estate in organic and biodynamic farming.
