Alongside our Bordeaux range, we also make « free expression » wines from the same terroir, with different vinifications, which produce wines of a very particular style.

An oxymoron is a figure of speech that consists in unexpectedly combining two words with contradictory meanings. On our typical Bordeaux terroir, we create wines that go against Bordeaux classicism.

Our white Oxymore is distinguished by:

• a single grape variety, unusual in Bordeaux: Sémillon
• ageing in Austrian wooden vats
• malolactic fermentation
